It is also only a few metro stops or 10-20 minute walk to the center of the city and Las Ramblas. If you are looking for a bit of culture, then not to worry there is more than enough to be found in Plaça España which has 2 art museums, and Poble Espanyol which was built for the 1929 World Fair and is a "village" constructed from different examples of Spanish regional architecture. The apartment has a double bedroom and a small study, perfect for those who want to separate work and/or studies from personal life. It also has a spacious living room where you will find a dining room and a sofa (that opens to a double bed). BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor. - Contract should be fully signed before checking in CHECKIN: Tenants to arrive at our office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys.
