La zona giorno, luminosa e spaziosa, è dotata di cucina attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. A disposizione anche una macchina da caffè Nespresso, per iniziare la giornata con gusto. Comfort assicurato in ogni stagione grazie al sistema centralizzato di riscaldamento e raffrescamento e alla connessione Wi-Fi in fibra ultraveloce. La posizione è ideale per vivere Monopoli a piedi: la spiaggia di Porta Vecchia è a pochi metri, e in pochi minuti raggiungi tutte le altre calette del centro, oltre a ristoranti, bar e botteghe tipiche. La struttura si trova in zona ZTL (zona a traffico limitato): non è possibile accedere in auto né parcheggiare direttamente davanti all’appartamento. Parcheggio disponibile su strada: gratuito sulle strisce bianche, a pagamento (1–2 €/h) sulle strisce blu. In alternativa, garage privato coperto e custodito al costo di 30 euro al giorno. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
