The apartment is just 270 meters from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the historic center, with its restaurants, bars and shops. The first private beach, Lido Pantano, can be reached by a walk of about 800 meters.For those arriving by car, parking is available on the road: free on white stripes and paid on blue stripes, with rates ranging between 1 and 2 euros per hour depending on the period and area. For those who prefer a more comfortable solution, there is a private parking and covered at the cost of 30 euros per day.Access to the apartment is by manual keys, which will be given directly at check-in. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement.
