Our rooms can be defined as some of Florence's best accommodation, thanks to the cosy traditional Tuscan atmosphere, studied in every single detail, and the warm hospitality. We really put our heart and soul in creating these studios, having supervised every detail personally: from the clocks positioned in each room to the fine fabrics of the beds and the characteristic pictures hanging on the walls of the accommodations. Why we did this and put so much effort in creating such a unique atmosphere? We believe that all the people coming to Florence – whether it is for business or pleasure, for one day or for several weeks – should feel better than at home, enjoying the comfort and the autonomy of a family, but also taking advantage of all the services a hotel can offer. All the rooms (both Hotel and Residenza) have a private bathroom inside the room. As for entry / exit you would be absolutely independent: you would be left with the keys and obviously you would have no time limits, just like being in a house. For the kitchen, you can use two: that of the Residenza and that of the Hotel (larger). The Hotel kitchen is used by the staff only in the early morning until 12:00 to prepare breakfast for guests who stay a few nights. For the rest of the day they can only be used by long-term guests like you. The kitchen of the Residenza has no time limits. Every week we change linen, sheets, room cleaning. We have washing machines both in the Hotel and in the Residence and regardless of what you choose when you arrive here, you can use the spaces of both structures.
