The flat is located in the 7th district to Budapest, you can easily walk to the famous city park, or also the party/pub area, and universities. It's a few mins by feet from the Veterinary University, and you will find many bus stops, metro stop etc nearby. Please acknowledge that we handle multiply parallel inquiries per room. We handle each request individually. If the room is not free, we offer another room. We show everything at the check-in. We sign the original copy of the rental contract and take over the (amount of 2 months rental fee) deposit. We manage all the utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs.
