ABOUT THE ROOM Shared Room (with one person) in shared apartment, with 1.30 m bed, desk and ergonomic chair, storage cupboard. In this solution, it shares only one kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, extractor fan, and four large refrigerators) and a common living area/TV room, with up to 7 people maximum (only accessible to residents of the same cluster).Please Note: Linen & Kitchen Utensils are not included. ABOUT THE RESIDENCE Porto, is one of the preferred university cities by students for its cultural and international variety. Our residence is located on the university campus of Asprela, close to the metro station ̈Polo Universitário ̈, with direct connection to the historic city center and with the beach 15 minutes by car. It has around 450 rooms with a bathroom included, with a kitchen option and all expenses (water, electricity, high speed WIFI for 5 devices and weekly cleaning).
