RESPONSIBILITY 🛠️ In shared apartments, certain rules naturally apply to all tenants, even if you have a private bathroom. These rules ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and hygiene of the common areas. They apply to everyone, especially when it’s not possible to assign responsibility for damages or misuse to a specific tenant. These measures are standard in shared living environments, helping all tenants enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained apartment. 2. BILLS 💡💧📶 Not included. They are €45 per person per month (€35 for water, electricity, gas, internet + €10 for cleaning of shared spaces). This usually covers everything—no extra costs if €45 per person is sufficient. 3. DEPOSIT 💰 Equal to one month’s rent. 4. RESERVATION PAYMENT 📝 First month’s rent is required to reserve your room. 5. PAYMENT UNTIL START DATE ⏳ Deposit + last month’s rent (with bills) + any missing bills from the first month’s rent. 6. OTHER RENTS 📅 Must be paid by the last day of the previous month to which each rent refers. 7. ADJUSTMENTS 🔄 Although the contract is fortnightly, whenever the first or last rent covers half a month, it must be paid in full. Appropriate adjustments will be made to the rent for the previous or following month. 8. BED LINEN AND TOWELS 🛏️ We provide a mattress cover, pillow, pillow cover, and duvet (one pillow per person). 9. FINAL CLEANING FEE 🧹 A fee of €50 for single rooms without WC or €60 for shared rooms or rooms with WC will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay for cleaning the room and provided linen. 10. GUESTS 👥 Each tenant may receive 1 guest per room for a maximum of 3 nights during the entire stay. 11. PHOTOS 📸 Bedspreads, computers, decorative pillows, tote bags, clothing, etc., are for illustrative purposes only and will not be provided. 12. CHECK-IN 🕒 Available 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM. A €25 fee applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM. 13. CHECK-OUT 🕚 Must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on your desk. 14. KEYS 🔑 Only one set of keys will be provided. Guests must have internet access (mobile data or Wi-Fi) to complete the check-in, as entry is managed via smart locks. Before arrival, you will receive a self check-in guide with clear instructions and access codes, allowing you to enter the property easily and independently.
