Please note that the building's stairs are very narrow and steep. Keep in mind that, like most buildings in this historic city, it is an old building and therefore presents some characteristic challenges such as poor sound insulation and an outdated plumbing system - we recommend airing out the spaces frequently during your stay. On the ground floor of the building, there is a restaurant, so some movement and noise are to be expected. Surrounded by the best boutiques, restaurants, and cafes in the city, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to stay in the most privileged and traditional area of Lisbon. Limited car access to the street - taxis only. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80cm x 190cm). Please note that the bedroom with two single beds is interior, without windows. → Bathroom: The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the bathroom is interior, without windows, so it may accumulate some humidity due to showers - keep the door open whenever possible, and air out the house frequently. → Living room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a sofa next to a typical Portuguese "balcony" - shuttered windows that open onto a small parapet. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
