The apartment is basement in the front of the building, but ground floor at the back. A common situation in Lisbon due to the slope of the city. It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends, looking for a quiet stay in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Lisbon. → Quartos The apartment has three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and the other with two single beds. All equipped with A/C. → Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a 43'' Smart TV, a cozy sofa, air conditioner and a dining table for 6. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and filter coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
