The apartment is in front of a local bar (street noise can be expected!) and is divided by an interesting brick arch that makes it even more rustic and welcoming. It is ideal for couples looking to spend a few pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the main attractions in the city and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. → Bedroom / Living Room The apartment features a comfortable double fold-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → Be aware that Alfama is a very lively area of Lisbon and the apartment is in front of a local bar. Due to its existence in front of the property's door, we do not recommend it to people sensitive to noise. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
