Saru's design pays homage to Japanese minimalism, emphasizing clean lines and modern decor. The apartment measures 70 square meters with one bedroom, one bathroom, and 2 balconies. The entrance leads directly to the open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. The kitchen island protruding from the wall is connected to a custom-built dining table, made by a local carpenter. The living area is composed of a lounge area and a dedicated work space with a private desk. There is a small balcony from which the sun illuminates the space. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private balcony. The closet space is next to the bathroom, which comes with a shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. This building also includes a shared gym for all residents. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
