It also has a big window facing an inner patio, what makes a very silent room. It has a shared bathroom with the room 3 so you will only share the bathroom with one person. This Coliving Apartment is located just 1 minute walking distance from Virrei Amat Metro station (L5 Blue) and it has a bus stop on the side of the Coliving Building. THE LIVING PLACE: It is a 3 room rental, completely renewed and super well equipped. This Coliving Apartment has a bright, large and exterior living room area. The living area is facing Avinguda dels Quinze. This apartment is really well isolated so you can not hear anything from outside inside this Coliving Home. Connected and open to the living area we can find a completely equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, complete blender and all utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a double door fridge and a washing/dryer machine. This Coliving Apartment in Barcelona has AACC in the living room for everyone to use it. Also, it has central heating system in all the rooms. Besides the Living room, we can find the suite room of this apartment, very big and bright with natural light, adapted for couples and with a private bathroom. In the opposite site where the common areas are, we can find 2 single rooms to rent with a very spacious shared bathroom.
