🏡Apartment - Via Mario Fantin - Bologna🏡 Modern and bright two-room apartment of about 45 square meters overlooking the green of the park in front, located on the first floor (with lift) of an elegant residential building near the center of Bologna and the train station. Guests have access to the whole house, full use of the kitchen, linen and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the functioning of the equipment and hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. Equipped with air conditioning, the apartment consists of a cozy and bright living area with sofa / double bed, dining table for 4 people and a brand new custom made and perfectly equipped kitchen. From this room it is possible to access - through a French door - to a large terrace overlooking the internal garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers with TV and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a comfortable glass shower and washing machine. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses (€ 80 per month), WiFi internet (€ 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 80 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. Area: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from Via Zanardi, which connects the neighborhood to the historic center of Bologna in a few bus stops. The area is highly strategic, thanks to its proximity to the Marconi international airport, the ring road exit and the Fiera (reachable in less than 5 minutes by car). In the vicinity of the apartment there are several shops, a newsagent, a pharmacy, a bank, bars and restaurants. The Lame shopping center, one of the largest in all of Emilia Romagna, is located just behind the building where the apartment is located. Public transport: Numerous buses run along Via Carracci (for the station) and Via Zanardi (for the historic center and airport). Parking area: The apartment is located outside the ZTL. Free parking under the house; private garage on request. Important: guests must pay a tourism tax, which is not included in the price. € 4,60 per person per night.
