The complex in Leoben consists of two houses in the direct vicinity of the University of Leoben. The quiet location on the Mur River ensures a pleasant quality of living. Directly opposite the Schwammerlturm, Leoben's landmark, living space has been created for 69 students. The house is divided into 2 or 3-bed shared flats and garconniers. The numerous study rooms are available to the residents in both houses.
