In the second bedroom with access to a huge balcony, you will find a big table with 6 chairs , a comfortable sofa , that can be used as a bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200), a smart TV (48``). A modern bathroom with a window, equipped with a large shower. The apartment also has a kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils . On the balcony smoking is allowed. In the apartment smoking is not permitted. The property is located in a very quiet location near the trade fair .You can reach the trade fair only in 25 min. by walk ( 2,2 km) You can reach Düsseldorf Airport in 20 (hidden) walk , city center in 20 min. (3 min. by walk to Linie 705 stop Elsässer Straße ) Free Parking can be found directly in front of the apartment along the street and in the surround .Within walking distance (5-10 min.) of the apartment you can find shops with all the necessary goods, a bakery, a cafe. We have prepared our apartment with great respect for our guests .We would like , that you feel yourself here , like at home, in comfort and coziness. Important note: the tenants are obliged to register their place of residence in our apartment with the registration office. Please keep the rest-periods during the night between 8pm- 8am .
