There are two full size double beds! One king size and one queen size! The location is only 15 min walking to the centre, 100 m from the metro station and 1 station or 10 min walk from Westbahnhof! The space This apartment is in a great location and neighbourhood and even offers a terrace to relax after a long sight seeing or business day. Very nice teracce located inside the yard and very quiet and private. Although it is very central, it is very quiet and private as located in an inyard. Guest access -Guests can use the whole apartment and terrace for their own. Cleaning Fee: 145€ (one time) Different deposit can apply for longer rentals (1,5 months rent for duration up to 3 months and 2 x rent for duration over 3 months, 3 x rent for duration over 6 months) For rentals over 3 months, electricity will be registered on tenant. Fair use principle for heating and warm water: if very high consumption (meter will be checked at checkin and checkout) a surcharge can apply. No worries, will be in "fair" use!
