New freshly renovated shared apartment with spacious private room of 20 m2 with registration! € 1195,- p/m We are looking for a young working professional to join our Co-Living apartment. Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore we offer private rooms in shared apartments fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, cooking equipment, washing and drying machine, dishes and bed lined. The rental price excludes payment for utilities such as gas, water, electricity, fiber internet, taxes and furniture. The utilities will be arranged, managed and paid by the residents themselves based on the bills, which will come down to around € 185,- per month per person. For the furniture there will be a monthly payment of € 45,00 upon the rental price. The rental price includes a weekly cleaning service of the general shared areas, the individual space is for each residents’ own responsibility. It consists the biggest room of the apartment, the apartment containing out of 3 bedrooms and 1 shared living room. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the neighborhood Oud-Mathenese. Besides the 1st month’s rent there is a deposit of 1195 euros that needs to be paid prior to your move in date together with the extra payment for the 1st month’s furniture. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damages have occurred. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you only after the reservation is completed through your first payment via Housing Anywhere and you will be signing it digitally online prior to your move in date. Since our Rental Agreement runs over full calendar months, the end date on it will be the last day of the month regardless of the indicated end date on our reservation here on Housing Anywhere.
