I and my wife live in a Town house of 5 bedrooms. 1 bed room with shared bathroom and kitchen we rent some time only for 1 person, preferably for a girl due to ease of my wife. First month charges of Housing anywhere 12.5% will be paid at the time of move in. We live like a family. We keep all areas clean and weekly cleaning is done turn by turn by every home member.
