(U3) right across the corner Despite the fact that the building is located at the center of Berlin, the street is very quiet Amenities: - bedlinen set - towels - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine - dishwasher - TV Information regarding the contract and deposit: In order to schedule a check in time and to hand you the key of your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 month's rent) at our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into consideration when you book. After the booking on the platform, you will have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and to sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we will except the deposit to hit our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract.
