The apartment is located in a 300 year old building. The newly renovated apartment is a small but cozy, well fitted flat for its size. It is extremly imoportant to have personal touch with our guests. Feel the local spirit of the neighbour hood. It's very important for us to offer a small ecological foot print. Therefore we offer unlimited fairtrade coffee, organic shower gel/soap, we clean with bio cleaners, etc. Currently our flat is desinfected for each newcomer thouroghly! The apartment is within walking distance to many sights. St. Stephan's Cathedral only about 10 min walk while other main sights like the imperial City Centre Castle Ho(hidden)urg or the event location Rathausplatz are just around the corner. In the neighbourhood are plenty of nice Cafés for enjoying a nice breakfast or an afternoon coffee. Various restaurants from locals via Asia and Mediterranen are within walking distance.
