Across the road there are different shops for the daily groceries. Furthermore, shopping centre Gelderlandplein is situated on walking distance. The apartment will be rented out with furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) in the living room, kitchen and badroom. There will be no FF&E in the bedrooms. If there is a need for FF&E in the bedrooms the renting price increases with EUR 250,- a month, which brings the total renting price EUR 2.150,- per month. It's possible to rent a room in stead of the whole apartment.
