THE RESIDENCE With 186 beds, our Residence is made-up of a different configurations of student flats. The apartments are 2 or 3 bed shared apartments or studios for one person only. All of them are of an exquisite design quality and are thought out for more independent students who want to have other students as neighbors and plan things together, but who prefer the tranquility of their own space. Depending on the type of apartment or studio you choose, prices vary, but all the rooms include: a super comfortable bed with under-bed storage; private bathroom; large built-in wardrobe; study area with desk, over-desk LED light, desk light, ergonomic chair, and chest of drawers; high speed internet and WiFi; independent heating and air conditioning in each room; a mirror and coat racks. The kitchen, whether shared or private is fully equipped with: hobs with a timer (so that you don’t burn anything); extractor fan, fridge freezer, wash basin and storage areas. The Student Residence is a completely renovated building, where all the rooms have a brand-new, modern design. Every detail is designed for students, so that you have everything you need. You can enjoy all the common areas, such as our magnificent terrace, study rooms or the games room. All made to measure for your comfort. THE LOCATION Madrid is a city that vibrates day and night, with activities and events for all tastes and we want to make it easy so that you don’t miss anything. The following points of interest are less than 15 minutes walking from our residence: - Malasaña, it will become your favorite neighborhood for its cafes, shops, restaurants ... - University of Comillas (ICADE, ICAI) – super close by, less than 5 minutes’ walk. - Calle Fuencarral – is the next street, the mecca of the shopping. - The Phantom Metro Station in Chamberí – you have to visit it at least once! - The Gran Vía – with its wonderful buildings and its 24 hour life - Puerta del Sol – the centre of Spain! - Plaza de España – with its gardens and the Cervantes Monument - Plaza Dos de Mayo Thanks to its location, in the Chamberí neighborhood, our residence is ideal for students of ICADE, ICAI, IED, New York University, Instituto de Empresa as well as the faculties of UCM and UPM. Other nearby places of interest include the Conde Duque Cultural Center with its open-air summer cinema, Teatro de la Abadia and Galileo.
