Hello Erasmus students, I going to study abroad and therefore I would like to rent out my apartment. The apartment is situated near the city centre at Bezigrad district near the faculties. The apartment is around 5 minutes walk away from the Faculty of Social Science, Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Education... To the city centre you will need approximately 10 minutes with bus and 20 minutes by foot. The bus station is 2 minutes away and there are many different buses that you can take: 6,8,11 and 14 bus. In apartment, there are two rooms for two tenants: - the first room is about 3,5x5m: a double bed, big desk - ALREADY OCCUPIED - the smaller room has a bed, a desk and a closet (see the photos 1st and 2nd photo): 360 eur/month all bills included (including wifi and TV). Available fromJuly 2023 on The apartment is very bright and spacious (altogether 75 square meters) The other rooms in the apartment include an extra study area (in front of the small room) & kitchen, big living room with balcony to hang out, and a separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, cooker, washing machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, all the cooking equipment... ). In living room there is a big TV, 2 sofas (one is clic-clac for the guests), big table, ect... In the bathroom there is a laundry machine. Basically, you need only to bring your personal belongings. There is wireless internet in the apartment. We have bicycles that are stored in the common area and can be used, but you have also public bicycles available next to the apartment. I put up some pictures so you can see the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. I am looking for relaxed, uncomplicated people for renting out the apartment. Cheers, Darja...
