“We didn’t have gas for over one week and we couldn’t take a shower. We had to heat water with a tea maker so that we could take a shower. And at first day we didn’t have electricity. It was a terrible experience. I paid around 1300€ per month so I expect that every thing be in order and he had to check every single thing before our move in.”
