Please note that this is not a modern or newly built property and the apartment therefore has the typical character of an older German building. The kitchen does not have a large fitted kitchen unit, but rather a compact kitchenette. Based on our experience and feedback from previous tenants, it is nevertheless perfectly adequate for the everyday needs of one person. The apartment also has its own private, lockable bathroom, which belongs exclusively to the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator in the building. Excellent Location & Public Transport The apartment is located in a very popular area of Düsseldorf-Unterbilk, close to the Medienhafen. Tram line 707 is only about 30 seconds away on foot. From there, Düsseldorf Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) can be reached in approximately 8–10 minutes. The location is also very convenient for everyday shopping: REWE, PENNY and Netto supermarkets are each within approximately a 5-minute walk. You can also easily reach numerous other everyday amenities on foot, including several bakeries, a pharmacy, the EVK hospital, as well as various shops and services. In short: everything you need for everyday life is within just a few minutes’ walk. The Medienhafen, with its many restaurants, cafés, bars and companies, is also easily accessible on foot.
