El apartamento está ubicado en la parte este de la ciudad, junto a la estación central y en las inmediaciones del centro de negocios y del aeropuerto. Consta de una habitación doble con balcón equipado y una sala de estar/cocina con sofá cama doble, así como un baño. Entre los servicios se encuentran aire acondicionado, wifi, lavadora y cocina equipada. A pocos pasos se encuentra la nueva parada «Business Center» de la línea 1 del metro, que conecta rápidamente la Piazza Garibaldi, el centro histórico y el puerto. Además, cerca se encuentra la parada de tranvía número 1, que lleva al centro histórico y al muelle de Beverello (embarque para Ischia, Capri, Procida), pasando por la estación central (Metropolitane, Circumvesuviana para Pompei/Sorrento), así como el autobús 130, que lleva a la zona montañosa de Vomero (Castel Sant'Elmo, Certosa di San Martino, tiendas y entretenimiento). En las inmediaciones del apartamento hay un supermercado y la Plaza Nacion(hidden) de las más famosas de la ciudad, que alberga numerosos clubes y restaurantes para satisfacer todos los paladares. Al momento del check-in, se le pedirá que firme un contrato, tal y como exige la ley de alquiler italiana. 24 y 31 de diciembre: el registro de entrada estará disponible hasta las 18:00. La estructura se ha mejorado aún más gracias a la reciente apertura de la parada de metro «Business Center», ubicada en las inmediaciones del alojamiento. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
