Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Hamburger City ist ausgezeichnet. Vom Harburger S-Bahnhof, der gleich neben dem Fernbahnhof liegt, braucht man 14 Minuten bis zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Auch die Autobahnen A 1, A 7, A 255, A 261, und die Bundesstraßen B 4, B 73 und 75 sind schnell erreichbar, bzw. haben Ab – und Auffahrten im Bezirk Harburg. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß und ist nach Süd- Ost ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 weitere WG- Zimmer. Die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2022 renoviert und es wurde eine neue Küche mit Induktionskochfeld eingebaut. Geschirr und das passende Kochgeschirr sowie eine Mikrowelle gehören zur Ausstattung dazu. Das zu vermietende Zimmer wurde ebenfalls letzten Sommer renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet.
