Approximately 30 sqm, featuring a sofa bed, dining table, and a small wardrobe. A single bed can also be added upon request instead of the sofa bed. The apartment has a small, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pans, a microwave, fridge, single induction hob, and coffee machine. A washing machine is available in the hallway, just before entering the apartment. The monthly price includes all bills (electricity, heating, wifi, waste). The deposit (EUR 1,000) will be given back at the end of the stay. The studio is available for one person only (no couples). Regular rental contract will be provided (in order to register the contract you need to have an temporary italian fiscal code which the university provides, but it has to be required as soon as possible to have it at the moment of the contract signing).
