Ripa Fontana 1 BILO is a spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment. Located in Valdidentro a few steps from the QC Terme Bagni Nuovi, it is ideal for those who want to treat themselves to a relaxing stay. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests: highly recommended for couples or families with children. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable holiday: large wardrobes, bright and spacious living area with kitchenette, sofa, wifi and TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The apartment is located at the back of the house on the ground floor and overlooks a small garden. It has a paid parking space in front of the structure. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
