The apartment is traditionally Danish and recently remodeled. You will have your private 6,2 m2 room and it is furnished for a student. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Laundry facilities are located in (hidden)ment and they can be used at cost charge. Residents use the recreational community park for gatherings, barbeques or just relaxing from spring to autumn. The community is strictly non-smoking. Not even outside smoking is allowed. You have to be tidy at all times and you need to deep clean the bathroom and kitchen once a week according to the schedule. The apartment is located close to Kastrup metro station with a direct line that takes you to downtown, KU, IT-University, CBS and more in only 10-19 minutes. Furthermore within short distance, you find Øresund train station Kastrup, with lines to downtown and Sweden. Within walking distance, you can reach the Amager beaches at Øresund Strandpark.
