Welcome! Cute and cosy 2nd-floor private room in a four room apartment in Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers (If you wish to host a second guest consult with us first). Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost. Where all great stories begin. Cosy and tasteful private room on the 2nd floor in a four room apartment of a well-organized and tidy building, located at Exarchia, Athens. The room offers a double bed, a wardrobe, air-conditioning and a desk. The apartment offers a kitchen, a bathroom, a WC, a dining hall, to be shared by the guests of all rooms. The room is ideal for individual travelers. The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 20-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 5-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city. We have many other apartments in the same neighborhood, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighborhood in the heart of Athens. Historic urban neighborhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. Low-paced daily routine, yet with plenty of nightlife choices, the neighborhood will make you fall in love with the youthful urban lifestyle, from relaxing cafeterias and lively art spaces to alternative bars and picturesque restaurants. Pedion A(hidden) Park is also great option for your morning walks or workouts - in case you’re the active type of person! The terrace of the apartment building near, where I live is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. Access to the apartment: You have access to the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, WC and the balcony. The other rooms accommodate other guests, so please keep your personal belongings in your room and keep the communal areas clean. Also respect the quiet hours.
