Our group originates from the initiative of managers active in the Civil, Industrial, and Infrastructure Construction sector. It operates on lands and properties of which it is the owner, assumes the role of Concessionaire of Rome Capital for the design, construction, and management under agreement of underground parking garages, and enters into Program Agreements aimed at the urban redevelopment of large degraded areas through the construction of residential buildings and public works.
