Hi, my name is Ricardo and Im looking for a new flatmate . The price is € 400,- per month all including. Registration is also possible. It's a lovely place because of the central location, private space and the kitchen. The house is in Kralingen - Crooswijk, near the Kralingsebos, 4 km from the university, and 2 km from the city center. There are grocery stores and supermarkets 200 meters from the house. The sleeping room is around 10 m2 and it's furnished with a bed, desk , relaxing seats and closets. If you prefer to sleep down ,we can put the bed on the floor with a slatted base. There is a shared kitchen + balcony (also 10 m2) and a new renovated bathroom. The kitchen is also furnished with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen is queit big room with dinnig table where you can also sit, read or study. There is a big balcony near the kitchen and it's lovely in spring and summer. The wasmachine is near the shower and is free to use. The living room is also shared , but it's also my working place. I've added a map to the photos to make it more clear. The room is directly when you come in the house (on the left). The kitchen-area is de square in the middle. The toilet and bathroom are in front of the kitchen. The rooms on the right side of the map is where I will be the most. I'm a 28 years old (almost graduated) student and I live with my 2 cats in this house. Im working 4 or 5 days p/week. Im a social but also a quiet person to live with. During the years I have lived here with more then 10 people who came from all over the world. there are just a few, reasonable housingrules and I want to make them clear: 1. I want to agree with you that if one of both parties wants to end the renting period, that we keep to the appointment of a cancellation policy month. As I believe its very uncool to kick someone out from 1 day to the other, It will be very unpleasant for me as well when someone leaves suddenly because I need to share the cost to keep living here. 2. Please not making noise in the kitchen or corridor between 10 pm and 10 am. As you can see on the map of the house is the kitchen very central and from inside our sleeping rooms you can hear very clear what's happening in the kitchen. So I will keep in mind to not hang out with friends in the kitchen after 10 pm if you also keeps that in mind. 3. Always leave the kitchen clean after using the stuff (I do forget it sometimes. Just say me then and I will also clean my stuff). 4. You are free to invite other people in your room or in the common areas, but always let me know if you invite somebody in the living room. I have a dinning table in the kitchen with chairs. You can invite friends for dinner. 5. As I mentioned the living room is also my working place where I need my privacy sometimes. This means that in some occasions I might request you to not disturb me. But don't worry, it will allways be in accordance with you and in general i am easy going. 6. I have two lovely cats, I hope you are not allergic? They always stay in the living room and they are very nice (they won't hurt you) 7. There is a basement where you can put stuff (like a bike) if you want. 8. I will clean all the common rooms (kitchen, corridor, toilet and bathroom) once a week but you have to keep your own room tidy. 9. Please try to be environmental /climate friendly; use the kettle to boil water and not the stove. Gas is very expensive in the Netherlands so only use the stove it for making food. ABOUT THE DEPOSIT: The rent of € 400,00 per month includes unlimited access to all amenities and weekly cleaning of the common areas. In addition, in case of any and such measures I require a deposit of € 300 on the day of arrival. This amount will be refunded once you leave, in compliance with the following requirements: 1. The room must be left in good order, including the shared facilities/amenities. The furniture in the room and the kitchen utensils, the washing machine, the heater and electrical appliances must be left in working condition. In addition, if there is any damage, I will be forced to withhold the deposit. 2. If you decide to leave earlier than agreed upon you must adhere to the cancellation policy of one (1) month (see the basic house rules). Being partly dependent of a co-tenant to be able to pay the rent, one (1) month is reasonable for me to find another co-tenant. If you do not meet these requirements, this will affect the deposit and I will withhold it without any discussion. Are you interested?
