APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Possibility of extending the contract The building is located in a prime area of Barcelona, next to the iconic Avenida Diagonal. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartment is divided into two independent areas connected by a hallway: - Area A: Independent area with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, and 1 bathroom. This area will be shared by 3 young women. The owner will enter this area infrequently. - Area B: Independent area with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is for the owner's personal use). The other will be shared by the other two tenants in this area. This area will be shared by two tenants and the owner. It includes a reverse osmosis water system. Tenants in both areas are typically students between 20 and 25 years old who rent through HousingAnywhere. The house also has a very typical interior courtyard in Barcelona's Eixample district. There is a shared rooftop terrace. The apartment has a security alarm for your protection, as well as two fire alarms. Water softening and air purification systems are included.
