The apartment is located on the ground and first floor. It has recently been renovated and it is fully furnished, equipped with all the necessities for a long stay. Clean bed linen, clean towels, and fast WiFi are included. The apartment is decorated with soft natural colors of white and beige shades that give you an impression of tranquility and comfort. All bedrooms have a 2-person 140 cm x 200 cm bed with a headboard. Each space also has a wardrobe, decorations, and a desk with a chair. We will send in a cleaner regularly to help clean the general areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice seating area with glass doors that open into the 70 sqm garden. The bathroom has a large sink, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer in the next room. The administration fee is only to cover the expenses of the rental agency. The sign-up fee is only the costs for the end cleaning (for when you move out) and the cost of the bedlinen which you will receive from us. I'm a super flexible landlord, I want you all to be comfortable and happy so you also take care of my flat. Ask me anything and I'll do what I can to accommodate. IMPORTANT: Very important to me is that the apartment is treated with respect and that the neighbors are never disturbed in their privacy. Loud music let alone parties is absolutely out of the question, the apartment is not fit for this. It is super important also that you treat each other with respect, if you do so you are a better community and you will have so much more of a comfortable stay together. Please respect each other's privacy, and keep the apartment clean and organised. Please know that you are all renting the entire apartment together as a group, you are not renting a room but you are all renting the apartment together as 1 tenant (consisting of 3 people)...
