The newly renovated apartment is located close to the magnificant Servitenviertel - a fairly old district full of academics, only a stonethrow away from the 1st district of Vienna. It is located in a quiet one way street next to several green areas along the Danube Channel. Right around the corner you will find plenty of public transportation options, such as the subway U4 (stations Rossauer Lände and Friedensbrücke), the trams D, 5 and 33 and the Franz-Josefsbahnhof. The CAT (City Airport Train) at Landstraße is about 5min away. The 1st district of Vienna is in reach on foot within a few minutes as well as different universities, kindergardens, schools and grocery stores (Spar, Hofer, DM, Bipa and a Billa, which is also open on Sundays and holidays).
