+++ Nice furnished apartment near the city centre +++ About the apartment: Before you reach the entrance of the apartment, you will enter a passage that leads you to the front door. The hallway gives access to all rooms. All walls and ceilings in the apartment are painted white, whilst all floors are grey-coloured laminate flooring. As you enter the hallway you will find storage space at your right. If you turn to the left, you will find the living room. In the living room on your right there is a cupboard with all necessary tableware, while on your left a mirror is mounted in the corner. In this area you can sit comfortably on the big sofa while facing the large screen TV. The dining table with three matching chairs is situated in this room as well. Via the living room you can enter the small bedroom, that has access to one of the two balcony’s of the apartment. This room contains a single bed, a build in closet in the wall, a night stand and a chair. If you walk back to the hall, you will find a restroom, containing a toilet and a wash basin. The bathroom is situated adjacent to the rest room. It is fully tiled and equipped with a shower, a washing basin, a wall mirror and a small closet. Additionally, in here, is a washing machine and a dryer. The master bedroom is found next to the bathroom. This room is spacious and comes with high quality box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a chair and a TV. Finally, at the end of the hall is the kitchen and the second balcony. All kitchen equipment is provided, also a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher. Lastly, the apartment includes towels and bedding. Location: The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood called ‘Bos en Lommer’ in Amsterdam-West, yet it is situated in a quiet street facing a small park. With few steps you can reach the Lidl supermarket which offers discounted products. Furthermore, on walking distance, numerous restaurants, bars, and shops can be found. If you decide to buy a bicycle, you can relocate easily. Within 10 minutes you can reach, for example, the Westergasfabriek for great parties or Westerpark to enjoy the sunny weather. Would you rather take public transport? The bus stop is around the corner and from here you can take the bus to Sloterdijk Station where there is accessibility to train, metro and tram. It should not take longer than 35 minutes to get to VU University or the city center from the apartment. In all, the apartment is very well located for all your needs! Shared responsibility: We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care. Finance: The monthly rental price includes the furniture. Furthermore, the advance service costs for gas, water, electricity, internet will be €150 per month, leading to a total monthly rental price of €1800 per month. If you do not excessively use the utilities, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of the utilities exceeds the utility costs, then you will be responsible for the additional fees. The payment that is labelled as the ‘First month's rent’ will be regarded as the rental payment for your first full month of stay, as this amount is based on the duration of stay of one full per calendar month. Check in/out date: as stated in the tenancy agreement, the rental period officially starts on the 1st day of the month or halfway through the month. This means that if you, for example, if you wish to book an accommodation from February 3rd onwards, your tenancy agreement will officially start on February 1st. After the booking an additional payment request will be sent for the one-time administration fee of 299 euros. DISCOUNT OFFER: If you are staying for five months or more and are planning to pay everything up front, then you will receive a discount on your rent; a 3% discount for 6 months and a 5% discount for 1 year!
