The newest and largest metro station Gare de l’Ouest (West Station) is at 10’ walk from the apartment providing excellent direct connections. The distance to the Parliament and EU Commission is about 20 min from the house. Brussels old part centre about 15 min. In 9' walk you can reach the beautiful Marie-José and Albert parks and in 14' walk the Scheutbos Park which is more impressive with its grass-lands, hedges, bushes, woods and little rivers. It reminds the former rural panorama of this part of Brussels and is a transition between the agglomeration and the countryside. The park has a surface of 50 hectares and is ideal for jogging, walking or relaxing on a sunny day. Dilbeek, a Flemish village, is about 5 kms from the flat. Lovely village to have a walk in its woods and fields and to enjoy a drink in one of the bars around the municipal castle....
