The flat is located just several footsteps away from the WU (university of economics) on the first floor of a house appr. 120 years old. Via tube it ́s just 4 stations (U2 Messe Prater) to the city or the university of Vienna. The national stadium is nearby. In summer it ́s perfect to go cycling along the Danube river (there is a direct connection to the river just two houses away) or jogging in the Prater (Park). There is a supermarket (SPAR) on the opposite side of the street. The flat is composed of 4 rooms: a large kitchen, a smaller bedroom, a large living room and a smaller second bedroom which can be used as office too. Except the kitchen, the floor is made of parkett (maple), in the kitchen of floor tiles. In the bathroom is a whirlpool, a separate shower and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is also heated floor. There is a central heating system based on gas. In the living room is a new couch and an additional wood burner which can be used in winter. In the kitchen there can be found wooden furniture (book), a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. The kitchen is fully equipped. The windows in the kitchen and in the bedroom are in the east, the windows in the living room and the office room in the west. So You can enjoy the sun in the morning, when You stand up, and in the evening when you are in the living room or working. In the rent additional costs (energy, operating costs, basic internet cube) are included, as long as your energy consumption remains on the average level of the last years. I lived in this flat for more than 10 years, though ! Put my heart in it. It really matters to me, that You take good care of it....
