We took special care to showcase the work of young designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the-go meals: an oven, microwave, dishwasher. It is just a short walk to three different tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment.
