DESCRIPTION WELFARE AND "JOY OF LIVING" INSPIRED BY PICASSO " Everything you can imagine is real" Pablo Picasso. And so we imagine this house. Bohemia as the neighborhood, vibrant as the artist. A tribute to the painter Pablo Ruiz Picasso who lived in this neighborhood of Madrid during a period of his life. Proof of this is the mural that we can see from its balconies, whose colors are present in our particular version of "Casa Picasso", overflowing with references to his life and work: a great dove, some stained glass windows with his mural "Alegría de Vivir" , a phrase... But we also wanted a space that would provide the maximum comfort that it could offer, able to dialogue with its occupants and transmit positive sensations achieving balance and harmony. For this we resort to feng shui, a Chinese millenary art whose objective is to seek the general harmony of the individual with the space he inhabits, in order to achieve from it, a positive influence on people. And so began the challenge of creating Casa Picasso. We counted on the advice of Marian Durán, an expert consultant in Feng Shui, and with the interior design team of M-Arte we began this exciting journey. Numerous artists and craftsmen have participated in this project imagining this inspiring world and giving the best of themselves. A challenge of colors, materials and forms to create a wellbeing house with capital letters: 5 elements, 5 senses, 5 reasons, 5 stars. A house that invites you to stay, to rest, to share pleasant moments ... the "Joy of Living", the best experience. DESCRIPTION It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. It has a large living room with integrated kitchen and dining room: a cozy show cooking space to enjoy the kitchen and share the table with friends and family. Room 1 green and blue: 2 single beds together (90 cm each) with bathroom en suite. Room 2 mustard: 1 double bed (150 cm) with bathroom en suite. Room 3 chill out: 1 double futon bed (140 cm). This room is separated from the living room by a sliding glass door and has an interior curtain to provide privacy. Bathroom 3 is outside the rooms and is accessed from the living room. Large living room with single sofa bed. It has flat screen TV, wifi and Netflix. Sound equipment with bluetooth. Bar furniture, dining table with ceramic hob integrated into the table, ideal for show cooking with 8 chairs. No. of accommodation places: 7. FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND OLDER PEOPLE We remember that the house is on the first floor without an elevator. DISTRICT: TRAIL LAVAPIÉS Icon of "Madrid's casticismo" covers the areas of "El Rastro", Tirso de Molina and Museo Reina Sofía. El Rastro is the most important open-air market in the city, with more than 400 years of history, where you can find both common objects and curiosities. Antiques, auctions, shops and ephemeral posts emerge every Sunday and holidays, and its streets are invaded by people and merchants, who walk and display their products until noon, resulting in the most lively. The neighborhood of the "Rastro", which was not known by this name until the end of the 15th century, already had the great commercial activity of the "ropavejeros", vendors of old and used clothing, settled since the 14th century on Calle de los Estudios to the current Plaza de Cascorro. It also owes its name to the different slaughterhouses that were established there since the Catholic Monarchs, for the "traces of blood". In this area there is also the area known as La Latina, very famous for tapas and especially festive atmosphere on Sundays from morning. From the tapas route and bars through the famous Cava Baja and Cava Alta until you reach the Plaza Mayor, the must-see market is the San Miguel gastronomic market.
