As i'm going abroad for my minors coming september I'm renting out my room for 4,5 months. 1st of September till the end of January. The rent is 363 including internet, gas, electricity and water. The room is located in the Schrans and is around 22 m2. This is a great shopping street in Leeuwarden. The supermarket is straight infront of the building and there are a lot of other shops and restaurants located here. It takes around 3 minutes to cycle to the centre of Leeuwarden and it takes less than 10 minutes to cycle to NHL/Stenden. You share the kitchen, bathroom and roofterrace with 4 other students. These are 2 boys and 2 girls. The room has a bed, a desk and a closet. I will leave other things like pots and pans to use(watercooker, microwave etc). There is also a big chair, two small chairs and a 2 person couch available for usage. I think this is a great oppurtinity for students who want to come over to Leeuwarden for 2 modules. You don't need to bring anything with you, only some small things for personal use ofcourse. Just reply on this post if you are interested and maybe we can arrange a meeting or something...
