In this neighbourhood there are also many sudents from Erasmus University, it is a popular studensts area. The room is about 20 m2, it is situated in a renovated apartment building. This room is a part of a 3 room apartment. The apartment is fully isolated, all windows are with double glas, the heating system is brand new. There are a washing machine and a dryer available.
