THE BUILDING LOCATION The building is near bus stop, and 5 minutes walking distance from Central Train Station Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Very close to apartment there are Santa Maria Nuova Hospital, pharmacy, super market, bar, typical restaurants, and car garage. All the historical sites like Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, museums like Uffizi and Accademia are fast accessible on foot. MONTHLY RENT AND UTILITIES The monthly rent is always full, even if the guest does not stay for the entire month. For to interrupt the period of stay before it expires (by guest or landlord) is necessary to advise 2 months before the new date, in another way the guest don’t receive the return of the deposit, the landlord don’t receive the last monthly rate.
