The nearest metro stop is Jonio or Conca d'Oro, and from there you can take a bus that goes to a stop about 8 minutes on foot from the house. The neighborhood is very clean, and being a residential area, people are very quiet and respectful, especially when it comes to keeping the street and common areas clean. There are parks near the house where you can go with your dog or take a walk. I lived there before moving abroad, and since it's well connected to the center, I never had any problems getting to my job in central Rome — and if you have a scooter, even better!
