The exact start date is flexible and open to discussion. You’ll get a room of around 12m2 in a spacious 95m2 apartment with a balcony. Kitchen, bathroom, and living areas are shared with me. We’ll be living together in the apartment. I’m looking for someone who’s independent and does their own thing. Preference for someone who works, as I’m out during the day myself.
