We are a family of four with a very international mindset and a genuine passion for cultural exchange. We moved from Germany to Romanshorn in December 2023 and have been welcoming many visitors ever since. Because of that, we rented a beautiful holiday apartment directly at the harbor, which I also regularly use as a home office space. From September to April, however, we usually have far fewer guests, so we would love to sublet one of the rooms during this period to someone who enjoys an international and friendly atmosphere. The room has recently been renovated, is fully furnished, and has a lot of charm thanks to its sloped ceiling and exposed wooden beam. It faces east and features two roof windows with blackout blinds. The large interior window facing the dining area can additionally be covered with curtains for more privacy and darkness. The apartment location could hardly be more central: * only 5 minutes from Romanshorn train station, with direct regional express connections to cities such as St. Gallen, Zürich, and Konstanz * directly on the famous Lake Constance cycling route * right next to the lakeside park with: * public BBQ areas * pedal boat rentals * harbor access * swimming access to the lake * large green areas for relaxing * beach bar and restaurants Despite the central location, the area is very quiet thanks to the surrounding recreational zone and nighttime traffic restrictions...
