Things are laid-back here—everyone does their own thing, but we also cook together sometimes and have coffee on the balcony. In the summer, you can use the garden in the courtyard—and yet you’re still just a 2-minute walk from downtown. What we’re looking for: respectful coexistence, reliability, and a laid-back atmosphere. Or you can simply take the train: The main station, with ICE and regional train connections, is a 2-minute walk away. Buses and trams heading in all directions depart from here.
