At the beginning of the year, I moved into this shared apartment with a good friend and am now looking for a subtenant for the duration of his Erasmus semester, from March 16 to September 30, 2026. The apartment is very spacious and, in addition to the two shared rooms, has a large living room, entrance area, kitchen, and bathroom, which are shared. It is located right next to the Griebnitzsee S-Bahn station, so you have excellent connections to Berlin or Potsdam (I myself work in Berlin). Otherwise, the location is very nice and quiet, there is a small grove in front of the house and you can reach the shore of Lake Griebnitz in 5 minutes. The rent is €624, plus €35 per month for electricity. The room for rent is 14.45 square meters and is already furnished, as can be seen in the pictures (white wardrobe, black desk, bed). For Erasmus students: registration at the Bürgeramt is possible. Everyone is welcome.
