L’appartamento è ubicato nell’area orientale della città, adiacente la stazione centrale e nelle immediate vicinanze del centro direzionale e dell’aeroporto. Si compone di una camera da letto matrimoniale con balconcino attrezzato e di un soggiorno/cucina con divano letto matrimoniale, oltre al bagno. Tra i servizi ci sono l’aria condizionata, wifi, lavatrice e cucina attrezzata. A pochi passi si trova la nuova fermata "Centro Direzionale" della linea 1 della metropolitana, che collega rapidamente Piazza Garibaldi, il centro storico e il porto. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze si trova la fermata del tram n. 1, che conduce al Centro Storico e al Molo Beverello (imbarco per Ischia, Capri, Procida), passando per la Stazione Centrale (Metropolitane, Circumvesuviana per Pompei/Sorrento), oltre al bus 130, che porta alla zona collinare del Vomero (Castel Sant’Elmo, Certosa di San Martino, shopping e intrattenimento). Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'appartamento si trovano un supermercato e la Piazza Nazionale, una delle più rinomate della città, sede di numerosi locali e ristoranti per soddisfare tutti i palati! Al momento del check-in ti sarà richiesto di firmare un contratto, come previsto dalla normativa italiana sulle locazioni. 24 e 31 dicembre: i check-in saranno disponibili fino alle ore 18.00. La struttura viene valorizzata ulteriormente grazie alla recente apertura della fermata della metro " Centro Direzionale" situata nelle immediate vicinanze dell’alloggio. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
